Feliz 2022 les desea la Fundación Sembrando Futuros !!!

La Fundación Sembrando Futuros, les desean muchas bendiciones en el 2022 y que nuestros deseos de mejoras en el Choco, Colombia se hagan realidad este año. Este semestre se abrirá nuevamente la Asociación Humanitaria Niños del Chocó, la cual provee tratamiento nutricional a niños/as diagnosticados con desnutrición aguda o crónica. Las Hermanas de la Asociación, proveen el tratamiento a 25 niños cada trimestre, para un total de 100 niños al año. Debido a la pandemia, han estado cerrados desde el 2020 pero, se planea empezar nuevamente en Enero. También, las parteras de la Red de Parteras, están recibiendo cajas con kits de parto limpio, empacados por voluntarias en Minnesota, Estados Unidos. Las parteras llevan los kits en sus viajes en la selva, dando la bienvenida a los bebés que nacen en Chocó. El sitio web de Sembrando Futuros está en construcción y se anunciará la dirección cuando esté listo en unas semanas. Finalmente, trabajamos de la mano con la organización Canatcol, AP, cuyas metas y objetivos a gran escala son el desarrollo de infraestructura para el Chocó. El departamento del Chocó, cuenta con una riqueza mineral, y gran diversidad en su fauna y flora. Además, de estar localizado en la esquina más importante de Sur América, con costas al Océano Atlántico y Pacífico. Canatcol, AP tiene la meta de construir el Canal Interoceánico y a su vez efectuar muchos proyectos de infraestructura, como son un hospital, facultades de medicina, enfermería, farmacia y fábricas de cemento, bancos de alimentos y muchos otros proyectos. This semester the Humanitarian Association Children of Choco, will open their doors again after being closed due to the pandemic. The Association provides nutritional treatment to children diagnosed with acute or chronic malnutrition. The Sisters of the Association provide treatment for 25 children each trimester, for a total of 100 children per year. On the other hand, the midwives of the Network of Midwives are receiving boxes with clean birth kits, packed by volunteers in Minnesota, USA. The midwives carry the kits on their journeys in the jungle, welcoming the babies born in Chocó. The Sembrando Futuros website is under construction and we will announce the address when it's ready in a few weeks. Finally, we work hand in hand with the organization Canatcol, AP, whose large-scale goals and objectives include the infrastructure development for Chocó, Colombia. The department of Chocó, has a mineral wealth, and great diversity in its fauna and flora. In addition, it is located in the most important corner of South America, with coasts in the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans. Canatcol, AP has the goal of building the Interoceanic Canal and in turn carry out many infrastructure projects, such as a hospital, faculties of medicine, nursing, pharmacy as well as food banks, different type of factories to provide employment to people of Choco and Colombia.
