Sowing seeds for the Future Foundation (SS4FF) is a 501c3 charitable
organization 501c3 charitable organization, incorporated in the State
of Minnesota. Our mission is to help and assist the health and
education of children of Colombia. Now, we have selected Choco, one
of the 32 departments of Colombia with the highest rate of infantile
mortality, five times more than the rest of Colombia. Malnourishment
affects more than 60% of the children that are anemic. The sad
story is that between 65 and 85% of the population lives in poverty
among the rich mines of gold and platinum of America.

We have a plan with several components and we need your assistance.

1. Funds for soy cows to be imported are needed for five locations in Choco
Each soy cow is $100.000 USD. The first one to be installed in
Quibdo by the Soy Doy Foundation.

2. Seeds of Moringa oleaginosa (The Tree of Life) originary of
India, has the highest content of vegetable proteins with all
aminoacids. High content of vitamins, calcium and iron. Seeds can
be purchased in Colombia and send to the Department of Agriculture of
the Choco Technological University (UTCH) in Quibdó.

3. Choco has 1000 rivers, rain fall is one the highest in the world.
Electricity can be obtained with water mills at a low cost with this
invention made by the Chinese 5.000 years ago!

4. The San Pablo Interoceanic Canal construction was ordered by
Bolivar en 1822 to the Governor of Chocó Colonel Jose M Cancino.
Distance between the Atrato and San Juan Rivers is only 46 km. A boat
lift of 20 mts will be necessary to compensate for the altitude
difference between Quibdó and Istmina. Now the Army Corps of
Engineers Batallion # 15 is at the Animas, the center of the istmus
that can be dug with picks and spades!

5. In 1984 Law 53 of the Colombian Congress ordered the construction
of the Atrato-Truando Interoceanic canal. Studies were made by US
Engineering companies, geological and soil studies were performed.
Estimated cost was several million dollars. Recommendation for Nuclear
explosions, are not necessary now with the current technologies.

Your prompt reply is of outmost important for the progress of the last
department of Colombia, living in poverty among the richest land in
the world.
